Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will grant you complete control over your email box accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can set up a brand new email box in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Also, you can redirect mail messages from one mail account to another, configure mail filters, create auto-response messages and shield your email mailboxes against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mailbox accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming email messages based on specific criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one mailbox to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Just select the e-mail box you want to redirect messages from, then select the destination mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your e-mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
