With the Database Manager user interface, you can set up a new DB in seconds - simply fill in its name and that's all. You will notice a list of all your databases and their respective sizes. You will be able to alter passwords, to create backups and to even log in to the phpMyAdmin and phpPgAdmin tools.
Simple Database Backups
It is very important to create periodic backups of your databases to secure your web site content and to steer clear of any incidental data loss. With the Database Manager user interface, creating a database backup file is extremely easy. Simply click the Backup button next to the database you want to back up and you will be instantaneously taken to the File Manager section from where you can download your freshly created backup file.
MySQL and PgSQL Databases
The number of PostgreSQL and/or MySQL databases that you can set up differs depending on the web hosting plan that you have ordered.
